All Colleges in Mumbai City and Suburbs are Allowed to Reopen. Mumbai University has allowed all affiliated colleges in the city barring the ones in Mumbai city and suburbs to reopen from February 16 onwards. The new circular comes two days after the varsity released the notice directing all the affiliated colleges in the city to postpone reopening until February 22, 2021.The decision was taken by the University after it received confirmation letters from collectors of Sindhudurg, Ratnagiri, Thane rural, and other districts with MU-affiliated colleges.
