Established in 1999, Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology is a private institution of engineering. It was developed by Maharaja Agrasen Technical Education Society. The institute is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education and it is associated with Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. The institute was ranked 10th among the best engineering colleges in India by the Dataquest T-school survey. In 2015, it was ranked 98th, nationally by Outlook India. The campus of the institution features administrative blocks, a learning resource centre with thousands of books and e-books, well-equipped laboratories, gym, auditorium and residential buildings for the students.
